  1. Submit designs and original map ideas

  2. Blockout assigned levels for more senior designers to bring to detail and polish phases

  3. Assist mid-level and senior-designers with their maps, and learn optimization systems

  4. Absorb the best practices of the established design team, and learn how to best design levels using metrics and 

Goals

  1. Design an ultra-small level to compete with the incredibly popular 'Shipment' map, debuted in Modern Warfare 1

  2. Choose a unique setting that doesn't already have a lot of re-use in kit

  3. Make all existing game-modes function in the compacted space, yet remain fun and balanced

  1. Submit my first functional design for Mutliplayer

  2. Build compelling engagement spaces and balanced paths

  3. Build the space to accommodate all existing game-modes

  4. Keep the level in memory and in performance throughout the process
